Paper Submission and Participation
- Abstracts should be submitted by logging into the system after registering with the email address and password determined by the participant, following the " Enter " button.
- Presentations can be made in Turkish and English.
- Presentations should be prepared in 15 minutes.
- Participants will not pay the congress fee for accepted papers.
- Symposium follows a rigorous review process to ensure the quality and originality of the research presented. All submitted abstracts or full-text papers undergo a comprehensive evaluation by the Scientific Committee.
- E-certificates will be given to the researchers for the papers presented. Participation certificates will not be given to researchers for non-presented papers.
- No fee is required for participants attending as listeners. Those attending as listeners must register with the email address and password they choose after clicking the " Enter " button.
Symposium Language
The language of the symposium is Turkish and English. Participants will make their presentations in Turkish and English.
Publication Opportunities
- The abstracts of the accepted papers will be published online in the "Congress Abstracts E-Book". There is no requirement for full text submission to make a presentation at the symposium.
- Papers submitted in full text will be converted into a book to be prepared within the scope of the symposium.
Writing Rules
- The abstract text should be written in both Turkish and English.
- The abstract should consist of at least 250 and at most 500 words, including the aim, method, findings, conclusions and recommendations. It should be written as a single paragraph without using subheadings.
- One line space should be left under the abstract and keywords consisting of 5 words should be given.
- Abstract and keywords should be justified on both sides.
- The title of the paper should be written in Calibri font format with the first letter capitalized, in size 11, all in bold.
- Author names should be written just below the title and footnotes should be given for each author.
- In the footnote section, the author's institution, department, title, e-mail address and ORCID number must be specified.
- Abstracts should be prepared in Word format. Files in formats such as PDF should not be uploaded to the system.
